The settlement benefits a 2021 class of candidates who took the NAPLEX test administered by the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy between Aug. 31 and Sept. 8, 2021, who received a Sept. 17, 2021, notice that their NAPLEX score was incorrectly reported as “failed” when they had actually passed the test. The settlement also benefits a 2022 class of candidates who took the NAPLEX test administered by the NABP between July 30 and Oct. 26, 2022, who received a Nov. 8, 2021, notice that their NAPLEX score was incorrectly reported.
