The settlement benefits individuals who were the subject of a consumer report provided by Sterling Infosystems to Kiosite between Dec. 9, 2019, and Nov. 6, 2022, and whose Sterling consumer reports concerned SH Group job applicants. The settlement also benefits an SH Group subclass made up of class members who were the subject of a consumer report procured by SH Group from Kiosite for employment purposes between 2016 and 2019.
