The settlement benefits a TCPA class of individuals who received prerecorded phone calls placed by or on behalf of CallCore, whose information was obtained from PHBC Marketing LLC, and the calls were transferred to CallCore. The settlement also benefits a class of consumers who had a Texas address and/or area code who received calls placed by or on behalf of CallCore, whose information was obtained from PHBC Marketing LLC, and the calls were transferred to CallCore.
