Plaintiffs in a class action lawsuit allege they did not give Allstate prior consent to call them on their provided phone number.
The plaintiffs claim many of those calls were made to individuals who had previously put their numbers on the Do Not Call (DNC) Registry.
As a result, plaintiffs argue, Allstate violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
