Update from the President and CEO of Top Class Actions

Good morning, awesome Top Class Actions readers!

I hope you had a fantastic week! Me and the family got to enjoy a wonderful week with Nana and Papa in the Catskills in NY. The weather was wonderful and the kids LOVED running around in the grass, under green trees, and playing in the parks. I ALSO had a great time! I’m lucky that my girls give me an excuse to run out and play like a kid again. Now we are in New York City, wrapping up our summer vacation, heading home as you are reading this! There’s a small chance we might extend our trip. Maybe. If you follow me on Facebook you’ll be able to find out if we were GOOD (and went home as scheduled) or threw caution to the wind and spent an extra few days in one of the greatest cities on earth!

On the Top Class Actions side of things, it’s been a busy week. When I’m on vacation I still work at least half days. This meant emails, meetings with clients, and following up on viewer requests. In addition, this week our attorneys sent out 5 separate cease and desist letters to a legal website who was abusing our trademark. Facebook and Twitter have already taken them down. YAY! Great reason to make sure to file your trademarks and word marks, entrepreneurs! We are now notifying the business (or businesses, it looks like they are using shell corporations) what will happen if they try again. As a business owner whose life, my family’s livelihood, and my team’s financial well-being all depend on Top Class Actions being successful, we can’t have other companies in our space attempt to ride our coattails. We’ve worked out butts off the past six years building this business. I don’t rest when impostors attempt to steal our name or content.

That’s all from me. Here are the latest lawsuit, settlement and investigation updates!

  • $40 Refunds Go Out in iPad Unlimited Data Class Action Settlement
