Update from the President of TCAThe year is almost over and it’s been one that’s been tough for many out there. Thankfully I’ve been blessed with a job that’s kept me, and many others, happy and employed. I know many of you out there have had a much harder time of it than me and I hope 2010 brings you your fortune. We have had some tough times as purse strings quickly closed as the recession churned on, but, overall 2009 was a year of explosive growth for Top Class Actions. For the first time ever, an online business (thankfully us!), was approved to provide notice for a class action by a Federal Court. That’s BIG! In fact, we’re awaiting approval to act as the online notifier in a second nationwide class action. That should come in January and we’re quite excited about it. In addition, we went from a company barely able to afford a booth at a single trade show, to one acting as a key sponsor of multiple large legal conferences. So, even though 2009 was tough financially, I’m happy to report that it was a good year for Top Class Actions. We posted more class actions, had more viewers, and have the most subscribers of any class action website out there! Thanks for supporting Top Class Actions! Without you, our viewers, we wouldn’t be here. I hope you have a GREAT 2010! Start a business, join class actions, get a promotion, lose weight or improve your life in some way next year. You CAN do it! I will. Warm Regards, Scott Hardy President and CEO of Top Class Actions LLC |
