A settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit that alleges Door Control Services Inc. sent unsolicited fax advertisements in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). If you received one or more unsolicited fax advertisements from or on behalf of Door Control, you could be eligible for benefits from the class action settlement.
Windows Plus Inc. filed the fax spam class action lawsuit, which alleges Door Control violated certain consumer protection statutes and the TCPA by sending unsolicited mass junk faxes or fax blasts in an attempt to market its products.
Door Control denies the allegations of wrongdoing but has agreed to settle the fax spam class action lawsuit to avoid the risks, costs and uncertainty associated with litigation. The Door Control fax class action settlement was preliminarily approved on Aug. 6, 2014.
Who’s Eligible
Class Members of the Windows Plus class action settlement include: “All individuals or entities in the United States who received one or more facsimiles from or on behalf of Defendant Door Control Services Inc., or who own the fax machines on which the facsimiles were received.” The unsolicited fax or faxes must have been received by Aug. 6, 2014.
Potential Award
Up to $30. The actual amount each Class Member receives from the Door Control fax class action settlement may be reduced on a pro rata basis, depending on the number of claims filed.

I sure wish more settlements would let you file a claim online. I feel a little iffy downloading the form, printing it, filling it out, stuffing it in an envelope, spending money on a stamp… and I might not even get anything back for it.
