  1. Katia Perez says:

In 1994, at age 30 1/2, as a part of an allergy treatment, I was injected, in Bucaramanga, Colombia, by dr Julio Cesar Mendieta, w Psorinum Injeel from the German Heel homeopathic company. This injection had the psoriasis illness n heavy metals. After 3 days, I had developed a severe face eczema, n a few days later, huge sores extending to my head n neck. Dr Julio Cesar Mendieta, begun to inject me w other Heel products, up to 3 times a week. I Had to stop working n to forget about my masters degree. After a month, I could hardly open my eyes, n my mouth. I looked as if some one had thrown acid on my face, wind, water, air were intolerable. I was wondering how I was going to kill my self. In Switzerland got healed in 3 months, w MORA Therapy, for 13 years. When the sores came back, in 2009, went to a TCM dr, Brian Han, now in Coral Springs, South FL n got cured w a very strict diet n TCM herbs. After 5 years, I tried 2 nectarines n 4 cherries n broke out again! So, in 2015, searching for a permanent health solution, I went to CR for a treatment w dr Luis Carlos Ordóñez who claimed to have a machine similar to the healing properties of MORA, but it was not. Back in USA, in Oct 2015 my primary dr Meenu Gupta sent me to a dermatologist specialist DR Stacy Frankel. Psoriasis was the result of Frankel’s biopsy done on me. On Jan 27th 2016 Ivette, the ER nurse, gave me an order for Candida antibody profile # 163135. The exam said I had 2 types if Candida. Ivette, gave me a prescription: cortisone, steroids n tranquilizers .
In Feb 2016, I went to Dr Gene Dotson a psychiatrist who practices alternative healing in Apex, NC. Dr Dotson, did not want to use Mora therapy on me, but healed my sores w some blue laser machine for 2 years. At the moment, Jan 2020, I m not doing well, got sores all over, is difficult for me to walk n sleep. Also, now, I m very allergic to all sorts of food and western medicine.

  2. Kim says:

I just spoke to the lawyers office. Told him I filed my 1 claim and was denied payment. He basically siad there is nothing he could do. Classaura was the claims adm.

The whole thing sounds to fishy. Classaura denying multiple clams. There reason to me was its fraud. Bull, I filed one claim only. I believe it was no proof of purchase.

  3. Maxie Priest says:

Will there be a second round of checks issued for any left over mones ?

  4. Tim says:

Those who submitted a claim but did not receive a check should call the class attorney:

Law Offices of Ronald A. Marron, APLC
    651 Arroyo Drive
    San Diego, California 92103
    Telephone: 1.619.696.9006

I just called and he said he had records of my claim, and would speak with the administrator to check. Good luck!

    1. Max says:

I think Classaura is simply disorganized. If there are hundreds of denied/not paid claims, they should at least explain themselves.
