Relacore Class Action Settlement

The Relacore settlement stems from false advertising class action lawsuit known as Lee v. Carter-Reed Company LLC, which alleges Carter-Reed Company LLC misleadingly labeled and advertised their Relacore health supplement products, allegedly violating the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act among other laws.

According to the Relacore false advertising class action lawsuit, the manufacturer of Relacore made marketing and advertising statements about Relacore that claimed the product could reduce belly-fat, supplemented weight loss, reduced, anxiety, and improved users’ moods. Plaintiffs of this Relacore class action lawsuit allege that Carter-Reed has no scientific proof to support the advertised Relacore benefits.

Bank of America Class Action Settlement

The Bank of America settlement stems from several TCPA class action lawsuits which similarly allege Bank of America used automated dialing systems to send phone calls and text messages to consumers without their consent, all of which allegedly constitute violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

This Bank of America TCPA class action settlement applies to individuals who receive non-emergency calls or texts placed to their cell phones using an automated dialing system and/or prerecorded voice, regarding mortgages or credit card default servicing from Bank of America. Eligible Class Members may soon be receive Bank of America settlement checks in the mail.

Bank of America denies all wrongdoing in this TCPA class action lawsuit, but has decided to settle in order to avoid further court costs and uncertainty of continued litigation.

    1. Chuck Sutton says:

The check we received that says: is a second payment in Rose v. Bank of America class action settlement. In the amount of $7.07. We remember this action but do not remember any first check. I feel there should be more accounting of where all this money went. It involved millions didn’t it? Where and when did I ever get a 1st check? I remember their automated calls at all hours and we were always current on our loan. My question again is where is the 1st Check? Also who got what? Did the attorneys get millions because we sure didn’t? If I am mistaken please let me know when the first check cleared that was sent to me.
