On June 15, Kashi Company (a division of Kellogg) agreed to settle an all natural class action lawsuit for a reported $3.99 million in Florida court, resolving claims that the company had falsely advertised their food with all natural food labels.
According to the Kashi all natural class action lawsuit, their food products contain genetically modified ingredients, which the plaintiff argues should not be used in foods that bear an all natural label.
Per the agreement of the Kashi all natural class action settlement, Kashi has agreed to fully reimburse all natural labeling Class Members for the Kashi products they bought. These Class Members must provide receipts for the Kashi products bought, though Class Members who do not have receipts as proof of purchase may also receive up to $27.50 in compensation for purchasing Kashi GOLEAN Crunch! cereals or other Kashi all natural foods. This includes numerous Kashi granola bars and protein bars. The Kellogg Co. division has also agreed to amend its food labels.
The Kashi All Natural Class Action Lawsuit is Eggnatz v. Kashi Company, Case No. 12-21678, in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
UPDATE: On Sept. 4, 2015, a Florida federal judge granted preliminary approval to the Kashi GMO labeling class action settlement.

All Natural Foods Litigation

This is not a comprehensive list, but it does list some of the major players in the food industry.
By filing a natural foods lawsuit or by joining an all natural class action lawsuit, consumers may be able to recover some or all of what they paid for foods they believed to be natural or all natural but actually contained chemicals, additives, GMOs, or other forms of unnatural ingredients. Legal action may also bar companies from attempting this alleged false marketing in the future.

Claim form sort of confusing. Where do you put the city & State you live in? Anyone else have this issue.

I too have purchased Kashi for several years. I dont see were to sign up.
