Extreme Supplement Class Action Settlement Checks Mailed
Payments from a class action settlement that closed this spring are being distributed, according to reports from Top Class Actions readers. If you filed a valid claim for the Extreme Supplement settlement, your check may be in the mail.
Class Members who purchased C4 Extreme, M5 Extreme and N0 Extreme supplements are reporting to Top Class Actions that they received checks for $8.00 over the weekend.
The deadline to file a claim for the Extreme Supplement class action settlement was April 15, 2013. UPDATE: We originally reported that settlement checks for the EA Football video game class action had been distributed, based on a false report from a reader. The Settlement Administrator has confirmed that payments have not been distributed and will not go out until after the November 21, 2013, Approval Hearing. We apologize for any confusion and will update you accordingly.

Ea has finally sent checks got mine saturday
Adam (Post # 3)….Regarding Second Chance bulletproof vest lawsuit , the client settlement site (https://scbaclass.com/) says “We anticipate the distribution of the Class Claim Fund to be in January 2014.”

I was just wondering if anyone has heard what came of the second chance body armour bulletproof vest lawsuit settlement? It was supposed to have a rather large payout I thought.

EA Football Game Settlement checks have not been mailed. An email from the settlement administrator states no distribution date has even been established. TCA, please verify the information before posting it, a lot of us have been running back and forth to mailboxes looking for checks that have not been released yet.
