Update from the President and CEO of Top Class Actions

Good morning everyone! Did you have an awesome week? We had a relatively dry one in Phoenix. The weather experts around the country thought we would get drenched by Hurricane Odile. Storm chasers flocked to Tucson. Businesses sent everyone home. Free sandbags were handed out (though shovels to fill them weren’t.) Huge companies told their employees to work from home. Tucson was LOCKED DOWN and what happened? Some sprinkles, a beautiful rainbow, and incredible sunset. Odile decided to skirt south of Arizona though it did bless us with wonderfully mild weather! My girls were disappointed though because they were hoping for some puddles to jump in. It’s hilarious, since rain is so rare in Arizona if they see an inch of water on the street from someone backwashing their pool or overwatering their lawn they get excited and BEG to jump in it! There’s so little water that after they get one jump in, with a bit of a splash, there’s no water left to jump in again! That’s what we have for entertainment in the wild west ;)

On the Top Class Actions side of things we have a brand new investigation up. If you took Cymbalta and suffered from withdrawal problems attorneys may be able to help!  We’re working hard to get as many potential cases in front of you as possible. Many people have no idea that the product or medication they used was the cause of NEW problems unrelated to their original condition. We’re trying to make sure you’re aware and can take action if you were affected! More lawsuit, settlement and class action updates are below:
