Following your favorite class action lawsuits and settlements has just become easier thanks to a new feature for viewers who sign up for a free TopClassActions.com account.

Now, in addition to receiving notifications each time an article is updated with new case information, you’ll also receive notifications each time a class action settlement is:

Open (claim filing period is open)

Closed (claim filing deadline has passed)

Denied (court has denied the settlement)

Paid (settlement award has been distributed)

You’ll see these symbols displayed next to each class action settlement listed in our database of Closed Settlements.

Adding an article to your “favorites” list is easy. After you create a free Top class Actions account, simply click on the “Add to Favorites” button located below the post title.

You can manage your favorites in the Member Home area by clicking on the “My Favorites” tab.
