Another vaginal mesh lawsuit has been added to the growing multidistrict litigation against Johnson & Johnson and Ethicon that claims the pelvic mesh manufacturers designed a defective product.

Plaintiff Panzy S. of Ohio filed the vaginal mesh lawsuit after her TVT implant failed and she suffered bladder sling complications because of it.

The surgical mesh lawsuit is seeking compensation for negligent misrepresentation, failure to warn, breach of express warranty and unjust enrichment. The transvaginal mesh lawsuit joins the mounting MDL centralized in West Virginia.
