Chase Home Mortgage TCPA Class Action Lawsuit Settlement
The Chase TCPA settlement will resolve a class action lawsuit, entitled Connor v. JPMorgan Chase Bank, that alleges the lender violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) by robo-calling persons with Chase home mortgages or home equity lines of credit on their cell phone numbers without permission.
Class Members of the Chase TCPA class action settlement include all current and former borrowers or co-borrowers whose residential mortgage loan or home equity line of credit is or was serviced by JPMorgan Chase Bank or Chase Home Finance, and who were contacted on their cell phone by Chase through the use of an automated dialer system and/or an artificial or pre-recorded voice between June 16, 2006 through June 15, 2011.
Class Members have until July 10, 2012 to file a claim to receive a cash award of between $25 and $500, depending on the number of claims received and the amount of settlement costs.

I have been struggling for several years to just try and get someone to call me back. I have not been able to get a hold of Chase. I am upside down in my mortgage, I have let almost all of my other credit go to hell just so I can keep my house.
