By Sarah Pierce

Vita Coco coconut waterThe maker of Vita Coco coconut water has reached a class action lawsuit settlement that will provide up to $25.00 cash or $36.00 in product vouchers to customers who purchased Vita Coco products between August 10, 2007 and the date the Court finally approves the settlement.

The Vita Coco settlement will resolve a class action lawsuit, entitled Stacey B. Fishbein v. All Market, Inc. d/b/a Vita Coco, that alleges Vita Coco misrepresented the health benefits and nutritional content of its products.
