ReaconTrust Illegal Foreclosure Class Action Lawsuit

Washington homeowners who had their homes foreclosed on by ReaconTrust Co. may have some legal recourse. A federal class action lawsuit is challenging every foreclosure by Reacon Trust in Washington State since June 2008 because the company allegedly engaged in unfair, deceptive and fraudulent practices in violation of Washington law.
According to the ReaconTrust class action lawsuit, ReaconTrust foreclosed on homes without any legal authority to do so. This is because they violated numerous Washington State laws, says the class action lawsuit, including failing to maintain an office in Washington with telephone service to that address, and failing to conduct foreclosures as a neutral third party with a duty of good faith towards the borrower and the lender.
“By conducting non-judicial foreclosures, while failing to maintain a physical presence with telephone service [ReaconTrust] has unfairly: (a) prevented homeowners form having face-to-face contact with their trustee, (b) prevented homeowners form gaining response time to time sensitive foreclosure issue, (c) prevented homeowners from making payments in person to stop the foreclosure and insuring that payment is in fact received an acknowledged, (d) Prevented homeowners form delivering mortgage documents in person thus preventing defendant from denying receipts of such documents, which will stop a foreclosure, and (e) unlawfully clouding title to homes sold at auction,” the class action lawsuit states.
The ReaconTrust class action lawsuit is seeking compensatory damages, special damages, consequential damages, general damages and more for Violations of State Consumer Protection Statutes.

I was offered modification in Oct 12 Jan denied2013 re applied again denied but was told was looking good , in 2012 I had a 0 payment under modification dye to lost job may then applied for medication and been under review like a yr ,then as told no home saying options .I did have a option to reinstate my contract and my husband can pay the mortgage so they added him and I was never modified but stained under reveiew I did everything I updated with styds ,notarized letters,bills the works and kept getting denied but was looking good by my case manager Shiane Oct 2012 was just waiting on deed and then I was denied again.. so in July when I was denied I reapplied for review was told I was denied with book reasons why I keep getting denied like I said my husband has a job and we can afford 534.00 a month them was told my house was sold in auction when I was denied last modification I didn’t fond out til a man came to my home to offer to take pics and offer cash for keys $1000 I refused and asked how did they sell my home they did not give a chance to reapply or nothing now they just want me out as of Oct 2013 I am still living in my home because I as a lawyer to look at Case I do believe this was a false foreclosure or illegal please help me .HUD paid my closing I reached out for help and everyone said they can’t help never was no demand when I sent a payment they said I had no payment last since when I got the first modification it was 0 payments do they sent it back I have been living in my home since Jan 2009 what can I do I don’t have money I’m a home maker butmy husband do now they have ioffered another cash for keys to move out saying my house sold but this was a illegal foreclosure I’m Leondra Clark jones my husband Ellery Jones since this bad mark on our credit report no one will rent to use either .I need help I just want my house back ..my case with us bank is 9902554893
