TCA Staff Tidbit: This settlement is targeted at folks who bought a Sears Range, Stove or Oven and installed it themselves or paid someone to install it for them. They found that these ranges were prone to tipping over unless they were bolted to the wall via a bracket which is a bad thing if little Billy is playing Billy the Monkey Boy and climbing all over everything. Once little Billy got to the range and latched on to the front to haul himself up the whole thing goes over and Billy is one unhappy camper. If you happened to buy one of these ranges, make sure you participate in this settlement and attach the range to your wall.

I still have all my paperwork. What cane I do to make them cease and desist.?? thankyou JL Breitenstein
