Crest Sensitivity toothpaste class action settlementProcter & Gamble Co. has reached a class action lawsuit settlement over claims the company falsely advertised the benefits of its Crest Sensitivity Treatment & Protection toothpaste. If you purchased this toothpaste between February 2011 and March 2013, you may be eligible to claim a full or partial refund from the class action settlement.

The Crest Sensitivity toothpaste settlement will resolve a class action lawsuit (Rossi v. The Procter & Gamble Co.) that alleges P&G engaged in misleading and deceptive advertising and marketing of Crest Sensitivity Toothpaste.

P&G denies the allegations and continues to stand by its product and advertising, but has agreed to provide refunds to consumers under a class action lawsuit settlement that was preliminarily approved on February 22, 2013.

Class Members of the Crest Sensitivity class action settlement include all persons in the U.S. who purchased Crest Sensitivity Treatment & Protection toothpaste from February 2011 through March 31, 2013.

Class Members with proof of purchase will be able to claim a full refund of the purchase price they paid. Those without documentation will receive a refund of $4. Only one tube of Crest Sensitivity toothpaste will be refunded. All refunds will be placed on a pre-paid debit card and mailed to the Class Member.

The only way to receive a refund from the Crest Sensitivity toothpaste settlement is to submit a valid Claim Form and any supporting documents postmarked no later than August 19, 2013. Detailed claims filing instructions are provided below.

A Final Fairness Hearing will be held on September 12, 2013.

The case is Edward Rossi v. The Procter & Gamble Co., Case No. 11-07238 (JLL) (MAH), U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey.

I love calling and harassing these rich fucks who are holding our money. Do they think we won’t act? Do they think we won’t take our heat out on them if they don’t give us what we worked for? They are using us and treating us like shit. I say everybody call them and fuck with them. We will win in numbers. Harass!!

    • ton February 18, 2014

hey lick, I’m quite pissed off also, mainly at the administrators Rust and Garden City Group. Who are they to mass deny every claim a whole group puts in that they don’t like that they claimed before. It would be fun to get hundreds of rejected claimers to mass claim with them. 200 pissed off claimers 1 claim per day 100 days. An extra 20000 claims times 5 claims they are working on. What do u think. Harass

  • DEON February 22, 2014

Contacted Kcc no payments Case Is APPEAL

  • mike March 18, 2014

Any body heard from them yet?

  • cindy March 28, 2014

It is mind boggling that this product is still on store shelves years after the knowledge of how damaging it is became known. I am in Canada so I do not get the joy of a $4 refund for what I went through after 2 uses of the toothpaste – sheets of skin coming off in my mouth, blisters on my tongue and gums, bleeding gums. 2 1/2 years after I will only use Colgate. The best part is how fast a medical officer from the crest team called to say this is a normal reaction for someone who has bacteria in their mouth! I hope this product reaches someone who has the money to take it all the way in court and close them down for good.
