I’ve had no luck contacting someone to re-issue a check to me that was made out to my father but the check arrived after my father’s passing. Does anyone know who to contact about this since the settlement is closed? I received an email from TCA who had no direction for me other than contact a counsel but I haven’t heard back from a counsel as well.
HELP PLEASE :
I received a check dated 2/18/15 of which was lost . Moved to another state . Just found the check . How do I receive another up to dated check of which I can cash ?
I never received any payment from this lawsuit. I was in the first group and filed on time. It’s now June CDC 2019. Why was this not paid?
