Nope
Has anyone received the gift card or basketball?
I purchased a Lifetime basketball hoop above ground stationary play set with basketball for my children from Sports Authority in NC. I have already called Lifetime regarding holes not pre-drilled and we are just having so much trouble with them not standing by their Lifetime Warranty. Again, we had to drill holes to holes that were suppose to be there with purchase/set-up. I stand hold to my word (come and view) my manufacture defect in my paid purchase. I am seeking their support with lever adjustment with height because holes were not preset. (defect of product material) I am happy with the product, its just that I received a manufacture error product. Please contact me for a resolution, no money wanted but I am asking for a problem resolution/adjustment toward existing outdoor structure under your product.
To make a long story short, please come and fix the mess up material via manufacture error I have on my property. Holes were not present upon setup. I need for you to make adjustments and get the up/down lever handle bar mechanism attached and to function properly.
