Refund Policy

In a perfect world everyone would love what they bought and refunds would never be necessary. But the world isn't quite that perfect, hence the obligatory Top Class Actions Refund Policy.

Top Class Actions Refund Policy:

If we made a mistake somewhere, we'll work with you to quickly resolve the matter. Top Class Actions offers two Attorney Network subscription levels, Free and Premium. You will only be eligible for a refund for the Premium Network subscription if you haven’t logged into the Top Class Actions database. Once you login you are no longer eligible for a refund. You may cancel at any time, but you will be charged for your first month’s worth of service, even if you cancel a day later. We do this because we can’t have attorneys subscribing to the premium service, getting contact information for interested plaintiffs in different cases, then immediately canceling and expecting a refund even though they used our service. Please see the Subscriptions section below for more details on how and when your credit card will be charged.

We recommend you create a Free subscription first. You can quickly and easily switch to a Premium subscription. Try us out, do some searches, create some e-mail alerts and make sure you find us useful. If you login to the Attorney Network we will not offer any refunds for payments that have already been debited.

Overdraft Fees

Under no circumstances shall the Top Class Actions Network be held responsible for overdraft charges incurred from your financial institution as a result of any purchases or renewals through or in connection with our websites. It is the sole responsibility of you as a customer to ensure "overdraft fees," "overage fees," or "overlimit" or any other fees from your financial institution do not occur by taking the necessary action to avoid them. Furthermore, Top Class Actions is not liable for any fees incurred due to billing errors.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis. Your card will be debited the full purchase amount on the 1st day of your Premium Subscription. Your monthly recurring date will be set 30 days from that day. We charge your account in advance for each billing cycle. (i.e. If you purchase your Subscription on the first calendar day of any month your recurring date will then be set to the 1st day of each month. Your account will continue to recur on the 1st day of each month until canceled.) We will not refund "un-used" portions of a subscription. If you decide to cancel, we simply stop all further billing and your subscription will expire at the end of your current billing period.

Plaintiff and Settlement Notification Advertising Packages

Plaintiff and settlement notification advertising packages are non-refundable. Plaintiff advertising packages require a 30%, non-refundable, down payment. Once the agreed upon number of potential Plaintiffs have been located the balance is due. Upon receipt of the balance the list of potential Plaintiffs (including all contact information) will be delivered electronically to the law firm who purchased the package. Settlement Notification advertising packages must be paid in advance and are non-refundable.
