Update from the President of Top Class Actions

Good morning everyone! I hope you had a fantastic weekend! As you can guess it was another scorcher here in Arizona. As you may expect a good portion of it was spent in the pool! That’s one thing I actually miss about the heat when it’s nice and not too hot. Playing in the pool with my girls. As every parent knows, it’s all about creating great memories with your kids. I have fantastic memories of playing in the pool at a resort near my house with my Dad and brother. We didn’t have a pool, but, we spent a lot of days at that resort! I remember flying through the air as my Dad threw me into the pool, playing Marco Polo with my brother and other kids there, and trying my best to do flips into the pool (my uncoordinated body never could quite do it). Now I get to do the same things with my kids. They push me to throw them “HIGHER DADDY! HIGHER!” They constantly yell, “Watch me Daddy” as they jump off the side of the pool and do toe touches (thanks gymnastics lessons!). They’re also both doing flips into the pool. It’s amazing and lots of fun for all of us. I’m happy I can create such great memories for them AND me! I’m a lucky man!

Here at Top Class Actions I’m happy to report that our VP Sarah is back from maternity leave, at least part time! She’s still enjoying a lot of time with her beautiful baby boy but she’s finding time to work during naps. We’re extremely lucky to have such a dedicated member of our team! We’re also working through some site upgrades that were SUPPOSED to happen a few months back. Due to server issues we pushed everything back but now it appears we’re getting back on track. We’re working hard to deliver YOU a better experience. We are now banning viewers who harass you in our comments section. Because we’re so big it wasn’t as easy as it should have been. Now people who were trolling our viewers aren’t just banned from commenting. They’re banned from Top Class Actions as a whole. No more class action cash for YOU! We’re also working on ways to better organize the articles you’re reading based on feedback we received from you. You’ll see some subtle changes over the next month as we add some functionality to connect you to what you want to read. How do we know what you want to read? Supercomputer and artificial intelligence. Seriously! We’re doing some pretty cool stuff!

OK, that’s all for now! Here are some more lawsuit and settlement updates!
