Update from the President of TCA

Good morning fantastic Top Class Actions viewers! I hope you had a great week! As you noticed above we had now new settlements and updates posted, and if you’re a Canon printer owner, you may have some cash coming to you!

On the family side of things, we just wrapped up an excellent adventure out East taking us from Maine, through New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Connecticut and into New York and Pennsylvania. We had a wonderful time with our friends and family out there. I also took the opportunity to meet with clients and investors. It was a great trip, and the girls had a wonderful time, there was just one bad spot. We came home to a house that was almost 100 degrees inside due to a bad capacitor on one of our AC units. That was a major issue that we didn’t want to deal with right when we got home but after a couple of calls, and a couple of hours, an excellent technician from Howard Air came out and took care of things. It was nice to sleep in a cool home rather than sweat the whole night! Here in Phoenix the nights stay around 95 until past midnight so we would have been extremely uncomfortable if they hadn’t been able to fix it quickly.

On the work side of things, I had an interesting conversation with an attorney who is corporate counsel for a large securities firm while out and about in Manhattan. I thought I knew him and introduced myself. It turns out I didn’t, and hadn’t run into him or his company in any of our dealings, but I struck up a conversation anyways. One thing he said after noticing I was wearing a Top Class Actions polo was “you’re one of those guys? You’re wearing your company’s shirt? Hah!” My reply was “OF COURSE! If I don’t push it, who will? It’s MY company and I would wear a Top Class Actions jumpsuit if I thought I would bring in more business and help my viewers.” He laughed and understood my point of view a bit more than he did before. When you start a business, and grow it, you need to shout your message to the mountain tops! While I was in Bar Harbor, Maine I wore a Top Class Actions polo. I met a number of people and you know what I noticed? People from Maine signing up for the newsletter that night. Push your business and don’t be ashamed of trying to build your team’s success.

Congratulations from all of us at Top Class Actions to Sarah and Mike Mirando on your beautiful new baby boy! We hope you’re enjoying your time with your newly expanded family, Sarah!
