Update from the President of TCA

Good morning everyone! I hope you had an INCREDIBLE week! This week I’m in New York, meeting with clients and taking the opportunity to enjoy time with family as well. It’s a great mix of business and pleasure! I’m lucky that I’m able to take my family on these trips so we can see the country together while building our business. It’s also nice that many of my clients have families so they understand the need to work around appointments, nap times for Aubrey and of course family dinners. I will be in New York City this week so that is always exciting. It’s amazing I had never been there before I met my wife. If you haven’t been to New York, it should be on your bucket list! There’s something special about the skyscrapers, subway, Central Park, and the ability to walk out your door and sample any type of food you want within just a few blocks of wherever you are. You want Indian food? No problem. Feel like an Irish Pub, a pint of Guinness and some bangers and mash? Just down the block! Want to spend your mortgage on a five star dinner? They’ve got that as well (though I tend to prefer the pub than an Iron Chef type meal…). That’s the beauty of New York. You can get a “dirty water dog” from a hot dog vendor for lunch (required for me at least once a trip) and then eat at a GREAT restaurant before seeing a show that evening. Very cool! I wouldn’t want to live there because I like SPACE but it’s fun to visit!

On the work side of things we’re rocking and rolling on more site updates. I’m hoping to roll out a new newsletter format by the end of the month and of course we’re still in the process of upgrading Top Mass Torts, Top Drug Lawsuits and Legafi. We’re working hard to get that done by the end of July. I want to make sure we’re getting you, our viewers, as much opportunity to find lawsuits and settlements you can participate in as possible. Every single week I work with the country’s best lawyers to determine what new case types are possible. If we start to see a trend on our Start a Class Action submissions regarding a specific product or drug, we talk about it. If we see a really crazy injury, it gets on our list and discussed. We are motivated to get you representation if the attorneys are able to find enough plaintiffs or a large affected class of consumers. That’s why we read through every single submission and email (questions@topclassactions.com). We’ll keep working hard for you! OK, on to more lawsuit and settlement updates!
