Update from the President of TCA

Good morning everyone! I hope your week was enjoyable, and if you’re out East, you are staying warm! I’m writing this looking at a blue sky with beautiful clouds over the mountains in Palm Springs. Right now I’m at a conference meeting with attorneys and discussing new options for Top Class Actions. So far, so good! You’ll see a couple of new campaigns launching in the next few weeks and I’m working on creating a NEW system which will help you get your issues with companies resolved in multiple ways. I’m still working out this new system but I’m hoping to have our developers start working on it by the end of March, and launch it by the start of Q4. We shall see!

On the home front, it was a very sad time for me to leave my girls and head to the airport for this conference. Aubrey, for the first time ever, cried and would not let go of me when I told her I was leaving. Aubrey NEVER cries about me going anywhere. It was very sweet, but, very sad. Thankfully I don’t have to travel very often for work so hopefully I won’t have to put poor little Aubrey through it again. I’m pretty sure she’ll be super happy to get the special treat I’m picking up for the girls here though. Treats and surprises from faraway places that Mommy and Daddy go are the best! I always looked forward to what my Dad would come home with so I better hit the gift shops and get them something NEAT!
