Update from the President and CEO of Top Class Actions

Good afternoon! I hope your weather is as fantastic as it is here! We’re finally getting to the point where it’s PLEASANT in the mornings and evenings. In the summer here it will be 110 degrees at 4 PM and 105 degrees at midnight. Miserable! Now, as soon as the sun goes down, we’re enjoying temperatures in the 80s. It reminds us why we live here in Phoenix! Four months out of the year it’s rough, but, the other 8 months are great! The girls are especially happy because now they can spend time at the park and the pool isn’t the only option. It’s also fun for me because it gives me a valid excuse to play on the playground! Kids help you be kids again! I know I won’t be able to pick up my girls by the arms and swing them around and around and around much longer. It’s one of their favorite things. They say “FASTER! DIZZIER! FASTER! DIZZIER DADDY” until I’m too darn dizzy and have to carefully stop spinning, while making sure neither of us plummet to the ground as the world spins. Lots of fun! Hehheh!

At Top Class Actions I’m working with our clients to help roll out a new line of business by the end of 2015. This new business will change how you interact with attorneys. I’ve been working on the vision of the project for a few years, but I couldn’t figure it out. It doesn’t make sense to do something exactly the same as others have before me. We need to be new and groundbreaking, while providing real value to our clients AND our viewers. It’s hard to balance keeping both clients and viewers happy, believe it or not. My vision for the new project coalesced after I read “The easiest way to kill your product is by building things because ‘that is how it *was* done’ vs. ‘this is how it *will* be done.'” After digesting that for a few minutes, inspiration struck and an outline for the new project finally got put down on (virtual) paper. It’s exciting and I’m looking forward to developing it over the next year. I hope that quote from Aaron Levie inspires you like it inspired me.

That’s all for now! The latest class action, lawsuit and settlement updates are below.

Make it a great week!
