Update from the Editor in Chief/ VP of Operations

Happy Holidays!

It’s hard to believe there are only a few days left in 2015. This year has been an awesome one for us here at Top Class Actions.

Each year we continue to grow both behind the scenes and in terms of our viewer reach. We’ve grown from a small website putting out 10 articles a week to THE leader in class action news, publishing over 200 articles a week and bringing in over 1.2 million user sessions and 20,000 – 30,000 new newsletter subscribers a month. Amazing!

With growth comes a few growing pains, which some of you may have noticed last week by receiving multiple newsletters. We’ve been working on launching a new newsletter provider that improves your user experience, but a technical glitch sent out the wrong newsletter to some of our subscribers, which we quickly caught and corrected. We apologize for the hassle and are working to make sure that doesn’t happen again.

Thanks again for growing with us. We love our loyal viewers and look forward to another amazing year with you in 2016!

Now, on to the rest of our top class action news articles from last week:
